Powerhouse had rich content and a clear mission but the site experience felt noisy and repetitive. Navigation items repeated across sections which made wayfinding hard. Course details, trainer bios, and blog stories lived in many places with similar blocks, so users could not see what to do next. The primary action was not obvious which hurt enquiries and enroll intent. Trust signals were scattered and key proof points did not support decisions at the right moment.
