Interactive Maps

We designed a demo interactive map experience for housing developers using Mapbox. The solution included: Homepage Project Explorer → all developments across Ireland, with filters and quick previews. Project-Level Map → detailed view of a single development, house types, and availability. Amenity Layers → toggle nearby schools, gyms, cafés, hospitals, and more. Conversion Tools → buyers can view details, compare options, and book a visit directly from the map. This approach shifts maps from a static element to a digital sales tool — helping families, first-time buyers, and investors explore and shortlist projects faster.

We partnered with leading real estate companies to design an interactive map that helps buyers explore new properties and neighborhoods online. Instead of static Google Maps, our solution delivers a dynamic experience—allowing potential buyers to view properties, compare availability, and understand local connectivity and amenities. This tool empowers real estate companies to showcase projects visually, reduce buyer drop-offs, and accelerate sales decisions.

Interactive maps transform the property journey: they reduce drop-offs, increase buyer engagement, and give developers a competitive advantage over others still using static maps. For housing companies, this means more confident buyers and faster sales.
